SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to drive revenue growth, develop key customer relationships, secure new business, and deliver exceptional freight and logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue through existing accounts and new business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Manage customer retention and account acquisition initiatives
- Negotiate rates, pricing structures, and contract renewals
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure service excellence
- Monitor account profitability, billing accuracy, and debtor management
- Drive continuous improvement through customer-focused process and technology enhancements
Minimum Requirements
- Higher Certificate (NQF 5) in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
- Minimum 2 years experience in the airline, freight, logistics, or supply chain industry
- Experience in account management, customer service, or business development
- Knowledge of Winfreight Operations and Finance systems
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Willingness to travel nationally and work extended hours when required
