A leading technology manufacturer who deliver innovative IoT solutions is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage procurement, material planning, inventory control, and supplier performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

POSITION INFO

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements to support production schedules.
• Coordinate procurement activities with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, excess stock, and supply risks.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure delivery, quality, and cost objectives are met.
• Utilise ERP systems to manage purchasing, planning, and inventory activities.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve supply chain visibility and forecasting.
• Drive process improvements and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in planning and in an electro-mechanical production environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Exposure to AI tools and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
