SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to join their team and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
- 3-5 years experience within manufacturing industry.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a business development, account management, or external sales.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
