• Law Degree (LLB)
• Experience in Acquisitions
• Liquidations & Sequestrations
• Evictions
• Specialized Contract Drafting
• Trust & Company Registrations
• Complex High Court Litigation

• Provide legal advice and risk assessments to clients
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and legal procedures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
