This is a strategic consulting and growth leadership opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and client success.
Our client is seeking an experienced Client Success Principal to lead growth across strategic accounts while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This role combines management consulting, digital transformation leadership, strategic account management, and commercial advisory responsibilities. You will help clients define priorities, shape transformation initiatives, improve technology maturity, and translate business objectives into practical, executable programmes.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and technology partners, you will lead complex proposals, guide solution development, oversee strategic engagements, and drive long-term account growth through advisory-led value creation. A significant component of the role focuses on leading and evolving an Outsourced CIO capability, ensuring clients receive high-quality strategic technology leadership and governance support.

What You'll Do
- Lead strategic account planning and long-term client growth initiatives
- Engage executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation goals
- Shape and advance consulting-led opportunities across strategic accounts
- Lead complex proposals, bids, renewals, and commercial responses
- Develop solution strategies aligned to client objectives and organisational outcomes
- Guide digital transformation, technology advisory, and Outsourced CIO engagements
- Facilitate executive discussions around governance, operating models, adoption, and change
- Mentor colleagues in client engagement, commercial thinking, and proposal development
- Develop reusable consulting frameworks, methodologies, and collateral
- Represent the organisation in selected industry, partner, and market-facing engagements
- Strengthen alignment between delivery, consulting, commercial, and partner teams
What You Bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, information systems, technology, consulting, or a related field
- 8–12 years of experience in consulting, client success, strategic account management, technology advisory, or digital transformation environments
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Demonstrated success leading commercially significant opportunities and proposals
- Experience shaping consulting engagements, transformation programmes, and strategic initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance client outcomes with business growth objectives
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to managed services, cybersecurity, governance, and technology-enabled business transformation
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex engagements
- Exposure to governance, risk, executive reporting, or board-level communication will be advantageous
- Consulting firm, executive coaching, or strategic advisory experience will be beneficial
