An exciting opportunity has become available to join the CoActivate Recruitment Team as a Junior Recruitment Administrator. This role is ideal for a motivated, professional, and target-driven individual who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Purpose of the Role

Supports the Recruitment Team with candidate sourcing, screening, interview co-ordination, document collection, compliance checks, and general administration. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • HR qualification or studying towards HR qualification would be advantageous
  • 6 months to 1 year of administrative or recruitment experience preferred
  • Call centre recruitment experience would be advantageous
  • Experience using job portals, email, Excel, or recruitment trackers would be beneficial
  • Clear criminal record
