Senior C++ Developer

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior C++ Developer to join a cutting-edge team building real-time video streaming and collaboration tools for post-production environments. This fully remote contract role (South Africa-based) focuses on high-performance media applications used in professional creative workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ professional C++ development experience in production environments
• Strong expertise in Qt framework
• Proven experience with WebRTC and GStreamer
• Solid understanding of video codecs (H.264 / H.265)
• Hands-on experience shipping macOS applications (signing, notarisation, Sparkle updates)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
