As a Showroom Intern, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in a customer-facing retail environment. Working alongside experienced retail professionals, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the showroom while learning about sales, customer service, merchandising, and store operations.
What You Will Love Doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive shopping experiences.
- Support showroom sales activities and assist customers with product enquiries.
- Assist with merchandising and ensure products are displayed in accordance with company standards.
- Support stock replenishment and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom.
- Assist with promotional activities and campaign execution.
- Learn about order processing and the customer journey.
- Support the team with administrative and operational activities.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory-related activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Gain exposure to retail operations and best practices within a leading retailer.

What You'll Need To Do This Role
- An N6 National Certificate in Business Management, Marketing Management, Management Assistant, Financial Management, Public Management, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A genuine interest in retail and sales.
