AI Testing Assistant
Arabian Private Holdings
About the role
As we integrate more technical tools into our advisory work, we require precise oversight of internally generated documents. This role ensures that the outputs used by our principals meet our standards for factual accuracy and logical clarity. It is a necessary function to maintain the quality of the information we provide to our clients. We are looking for someone currently based in South Africa to join us in this capacity. The engagement is a part-time contract paid at a fixed wage, allowing for a structured commitment alongside other professional or academic pursuits.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the Middle East. We focus on portfolio clarity over complexity. Whether we are helping a holding company rationalize its assets or supporting a founder through a scaling transition, our goal is to provide honest, independent advice. We operate as a principal-led firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets.
What you will do
- Review AI-assisted drafts, summaries, and internal documents to ensure they meet our internal quality standards.
- Check specific claims against source material to verify factual consistency and precision.
- Identify and flag unsupported, unclear, or inaccurate statements before they reach the principal level.
- Follow detailed review instructions to maintain a high standard of professional documentation.
- Document recurring issues in the drafting process to help refine our internal workflows.
- Escalate unclear or complex cases to senior team members for further evaluation.
- Maintain consistency across repeated review work to ensure a reliable baseline for our reporting.
- Support internal QA and documentation workflows as part of our broader advisory mandates.
What we are looking for
- A high level of written precision and the ability to spot subtle errors in professional prose.
- A logical and rigorous mindset when evaluating the strength of an argument or a factual claim.
- The ability to follow structured instructions consistently without deviating from the established protocol.
- Curiosity regarding corporate governance, strategy, and how holding companies function.
- A professional approach to repetitive tasks that require sustained focus and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to clearly document where a draft has failed to meet the required standard.
How we work
This is a hybrid role that balances remote work with periodic time in the office in the posting city. Our operating model is built on clear governance and direct accountability. Because we are a principal-led firm, we do not have layers of unnecessary management. Instead, we rely on clear processes and the individual diligence of every person involved in a mandate. We provide a competitive fixed wage for this entry-level role, reflecting the importance of documentation quality to our firm. You will work within a system that encourages clarity of thought and rewards those who can form a view based on evidence rather than speculation.
What the role offers
- Experience working with an elite advisory firm focused on high-level corporate mandates.
- Exposure to the standards of logic and precision required by major holding companies and regional entities.
- A structured part-time schedule that offers professional stability through a fixed-wage contract.
- The opportunity to build foundational skills in research, document review, and quality assurance.
- Direct insight into the operating models used by regional leaders in strategy and governance.
