Reports to: Content Marketing Team Lead

Role Summary

The Web Content Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, developing and publishing a range of content across multiple online channels on behalf of partners, to support the Web Team’s wider goals and timelines. The successful candidate has blog writing, SEO and GEO content writing and optimisation, as well as website copywriting experience.

*This is not a short-form social media content writing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, manage, and publish content for the organisation’s web presence
  • Supporting SEO/GEO goals in line with the Web Team
  • Publish content using a CMS (WordPress experience required*)
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of online content to maintain a credible, accurate and consistent voice
  • Copy edit and proofread all digital content
  • Proactively work and align with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Work cooperatively with key external and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Experience

  • Formal qualification in a relevant discipline
  • 4-5 years + of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write engaging website copy is essential
  • Experience with a CMS, WordPress, is essential
  • Experience in project management and managing high-level stakeholders
  • Content and communications strategy knowledge and implementation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability in SEO/GEO techniques
  • Time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
