Are you a high-performing commercial strategist with a deep network in the regional logistics and supply chain landscape? We are looking for a Market Analyst Pricing to lead our market expansion. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and driving visibility into commercial and pricing strategies critical to business decision-making and strategic planning in the MEA region. You will lead regional commercial projects, provide in-depth analysis, and develop actionable insights to achieve regional and corporate goals, directly/indirectly contributing to profitable revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer experience enhancement.
What You Will Do
- Commercial Strategy Development: Support and execute revenue management strategies, pricing programs, and go-to-market initiatives to drive market share and profitability.
- Commercial Strategy Development: Conduct customer and market analyses, and pricing assessments for new products/services.
- Commercial Strategy Development: Identify revenue and growth opportunities through strategic data-driven insights.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Research, extract, and analyze complex datasets to support decision-making.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Develop reports with actionable recommendations and present them to stakeholders.
- Customer Experience & Pricing Support: Enhance customer experience by creating customized pricing strategies for strategic opportunities.
- Customer Experience & Pricing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to onboard larger strategic opportunities and optimize flight capacity.
- Project Management: Lead the development and execution of strategic commercial projects across MEA markets.
- Project Management: Track, monitor, and provide progress updates on various projects to regional and local management.
What You Will Bring
We need an analytical expert with the technical depth of an operations expert—someone who understands data structures as clearly as they understand a balance sheet.
- Analytical Mastery: Proficiency in handling large datasets, conducting analysis, and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively through report writing and presentations.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, alongside sharp business acumen with a focus on business-critical challenges.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Preferred Education & Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with knowledge of Power BI and database applications such as SQL being preferred.

- Corridor Management: Expertise in routing and transit optimization via regional ports and corridors.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial impact and trend analysis to drive solutions.
