SUMMARY

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with specialized expertise in the nCino Bank Operating System, particularly within the Recoveries and Collections domain. This role is critical to the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of o ur nCino platform, ensuring efficient and compliant management of distressed assets and financial recovery processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Salesforce development best practices and the regulatory environment of financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Skills
• Customize and extend the nCino Special Assets and Problem Loan Management modules. Develop automated workflows for delinquency, collections, and recovery processes.
• Programming: Expert proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Schedulable) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• nCino Expertise: Proven experience in customizing and configuring the nCino platform, specifically the Special Assets/Problem Loan Management
• Data & Integration: Strong understanding of the nCino data model and experience with complex data migrations and integrations.
• Configuration: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools including Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Settings/Metadata.

Required Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Certification(Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect)
• 4+ years Salesforce development experience
• Experience working within banking or financial services environments
• Proven experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD for Salesforce
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions
