Role Summary
Joining seasonally, the Cabin Crew Member will be required to support the Cabin Service Department, for a period between 01 September 2026 until 28 February 2027.
Responsible for ensuring an improved customer satisfaction. Duties will include performing safety checks, attending pre-flight briefings, demonstrating safety routines and overall wellbeing of guests on board and inclusive of Cabin preparation
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures all operational safety, security, health and safety responsibilities are performed to the highest standards in accordance with relevant regulations
- Reports safety related issues through correct channels to ensure safety compliance
- Deliver world-class service excellence in line with our service standards
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures in accordance with relevant legislation
- Ensure that guests experience a clean, safe and professional cabin appearance
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (Desirable)
- Medically fit to meet regulatory requirements; able to hold / obtain all required permits and accreditations
- Valid Cabin Crew Medical Certificate (Desirable)
- Valid passport with global travel eligibility, with minimum 12 months before expiry date with unrestricted right to work and travel globally.
Required Exprience
- Minimum 3 years of cabin crew experience
- Previous VVIP customer service or first-class service experience (Desirable)
- Experience in long-haul, charter, or premium cabin service is advantageous
- Previous hospitality or luxury service experience is considered an asset.
- Minimum age 21
- To undergo Criminal Record Check in the previous five years and be able to provide satisfactory references for the last five years
- Professional grooming and appearance
- Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
- Ability to work flexible schedules, long-haul flights, and global rotations
- Physically capable of performing all safety-related duties
- Be willing and able to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, while in season
- A willingness to be at home base: Cape Town, South Africa, for the duration of contract and/or conduct stand-by duties in the proximity of the airport base, and/or Antarctica
- Have a smart phone
- To wear the White Dessert uniform to the required standard with no visible tattoos or body piercings
