Prism Placements has partnered with this growing distribution solutions provider is looking for a hands-on Operational Sales Manager to lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a high-performing internal and external sales function in Linbro Park.

Remuneration:

R900K C.T.C. per annum (plus incentive bonus of R200K)

Experience & Requirements:

Relevant B-degree / Diploma ideal.
Min 5-8yrs in a sales management role where you displayed strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
Experience managing key accounts as well as CRM and sales reporting essential.
Strong Admin and Coordination skills, in managing the external sales team and internal sales team, innovative ways of driving the team and handling the stats and sales leads.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales management systems required.
