1. Residential Sales Agent

• Source and list residential properties for sale
• Facilitate viewings and provide property insights to buyers
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to transfer
• Build and maintain strong client relationship

2. Rental Agent

• Secure rental mandates for residential properties
• Advertise available rentals on appropriate platforms
• Screen prospective tenants and conduct background checks
• Negotiate and finalize Retnal agreements
• Manage Rental agreement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

3. Commercial Agent

• Source and manage listings for commercial properties
• Conduct market analysis to advise clients on investment opportunities
• Facilitate lease or sale transactions for office, retail, and industrial spaces
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
• Understand zoning, permits, and municipal regulations relevant to commercial properties

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Professional demeanour and a client-first attitude
• Knowledge of Pretoria property market (advantageous)
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software
• Marketing and social media skills are a plus

Education & Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) - Essential
• NQF Level 4 in Real Estate or willingness to enrol - Advantageous
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) or ability to obtain one
• Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle - Required
• Own laptop and mobile phone - Required
