Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- National Diploma/Degree in training /IT or relevant
- Train the Trainer and Assessor certifications advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a training facilitator’s role, with proven systems facilitation experience, including SAP training
- SAP Certification advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in chemical plant operations environment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft training processes and tools for all systems of
- Develop and implement role-based systems training curriculums.
- Develop systems, operations and other training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
- Coordinate and facilitate training at various regions and sites.
- Prepare training facilities and equipment and strictly control resources.
- Develop Training Needs Analysis for all employees.
- Conduct theory and practical training for systems, operations and other training requirements
- Provide training on any new system functionalities and business processes.
- Ensure that training registers are completed.
- Provide weekly/monthly training reports.
- Effectively deal with questions and concerns from Department Heads.
- Ensure all training activities are timeously entered on the electronic database (Training Matrix & LMS), and manual documents filed.
- Gather evaluation data on training given to candidates and provide recommendations for improvement to the process if there are any shortfalls.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding training outcomes and way forward.
- Assist Internal Training Departments in any other training facilitation, material development or special projects, as these may arise. of the Company as is legal and lawful
COMPETENCIES: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Excellent presentation / communication skills
- Systems knowledge (SAP, ISO-Metrix and SharePoint)
- Solid understanding of training and development processes
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Good organization skills of setting up and acting out training plans
