About the role

The Tech Arch Senior Manager plays a crucial role in organizing and leading technology-based architectural strategies within Accenture. The individual ensures the adoption of innovative and groundbreaking solutions to meet client demands.

• Lead architectural strategy and oversight for cutting-edge technology solutions aligned with client needs.
• Manage and mentor teams to deliver innovative and scalable technology solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technology trends to integrate value-added design practices into the organizational framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met while adhering to technical standards.
• Conduct technical assessments, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and provide architecture alternatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Tech Arch Senior Manager drives collaboration, innovation, and quality assurance for technology solutions across various platforms.

• Provide architectural vision and strategy for delivering complex solutions.
• Lead a team of architects ensuring development processes meet the defined quality.
• Assess client requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate modern methodologies like Agile and DevSecOps in architectural practices.
• Ensure compliance with technical best practices and standards.

Basic Qualifications

Details on the educational background and industry experience required:

• 12+ years of experience in technology architecture and leadership roles.

• Proficiency in cloud technologies, application design principles, enterprise systems, and data architecture.
• Certified in frameworks such as TOGAF, Scaled Agile, or similar methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
