- Conceptualise and create attention-grabbing and engaging video ads based on campaign objectives and target audience.
- Translate briefs into clear visual plans, including scenes, shots, and pacing.
- Capture footage with a focus on creative shots, unconventional angles, and intentional camera movement that grabs attention.
- Execute video shoots confidently, including framing, lighting, directing talent, and capturing footage that is engaging.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end ad production process.
- Edit high-performing video content for paid media campaigns, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Optimise videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, lengths, formats) and ensure they meet platform-specific best practices and requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to test and iterate on video creatives for continuous improvement.
- Implement motion graphics, effects, text overlays, and sound design as necessary to enhance video performance.
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks
