Requirements: Relevant qualification CAD experience Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn glass systems Ability to produce accurate drawings and models under pressure Good communication and customer service skills Responsibilities: Prepare quotations for customers Create technical drawings and dynamic bills of material using configuration software Develop 3D models using SolidWorks for complex applications and new product designs Provide technical advice to customers (in person, phone, email) Handle high volume of customer enquiries (±30+ per day) Strong focus on accuracy, speed, and administrative processing
