POSITION INFO

Shift Supervisor - Sasolburg Seniority Level: Entry Level Reporting To: Area Manager Type: Permanent Location: Freestate PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To ensure the effective recruitment, daily operation, and on-site management of staff in accordance with customer requirements, company policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining compliance, accurate administration, and professional service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit TES labour as required in line with company procedures and client SLAs. Ensure all scheduled employees undergo medical examinations and annual medical renewals in line with site and client requirements, as directed by compliance. Conduct disciplinary hearings fairly and consistently in accordance with company and client disciplinary codes and site SOPs, ensuring accurate record keeping. Ensure valid Permission to Recruit / Labour Requisition documentation is received and retained for all labour requests to support accurate invoicing. Verify that client approved timesheets are accurate and submitted timeously in line with site workflows. Ensure all identified compliance focal points are adhered to at site level. Conduct daily inspections of the PPE store to ensure required quality and quantity; maintain accurate PPE issue registers and documented proof. Maintain a neat, orderly, and professional office environment. Uphold professional conduct and service standards at all times. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Minimum of 1 year experience within a TES environment. Working knowledge of the LRA, BCEA, and Occupational Health and Safety Act (advantageous). Exposure to a logistics environment (advantageous). Strong administration skills with high attention to detail. Matric. Valid driver's licence.
