SUMMARY

An established interior solutions company based in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga is seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to bring clients’ kitchen, bathroom, and interior visions to life while driving strong sales performance and managing high-quality design projects from concept to completion.

POSITION INFO

In this position, you will have unlimited earning potential comprised of a basic salary, excellent commissions, and showroom incentives on the sales that you bring in. Experience & Qualifications Matric & 2 years of experience in a sales and design role, ideally within the kitchen, cabinetry, or interior design industry Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field will be advantageous Project management within the building & construction industry (preferred) Understanding the needs of clients and interpreting their ideas into creative designs Role Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their design needs and lifestyle preference Present and refine concepts using cutting-edge 3D design tools (training given) Provide expert advice on cabinetry design and technical options Managing client expectations & providing regular feedback Management of client's quotes, contracts, payments and orders Manage full project lifecycle-from consultation through to installation and hand-over Meeting showroom sales & margin targets, personal strike rates & deals signed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction Required competencies & Skills Conceptual ability that is grounded in practicality Good understanding of technical concepts Performance driven Self-disciplined and effective time management skills Strong client-facing and communication skills Resilient & stress tolerant Well-organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused Basic Microsoft office competent Experience with 3D Design software (advantageous) If you have a natural affinity for bringing interior spaces to life, willing to learn and able to work under pressure, we want to hear from you!
