Employer Description A Food Manufacturer Job Description My Client is looking for a seasoned Operations Manager with at least 12 YEARS EXPERIENCE in Food Manufacturing in a senior role. Fully responsible for Production, Procurement, Quality, Supply chain and the P&L for the site. In a nutshell, the person will be responsible for the below in addition to other aspects: Operational Efficiencies including yield/ throughput, waste management, Engineering and cost control. Effective Working Environment including Labour-related issues, creating a working environment that improves production and co-operation, Recruitment, Training and Development at all levels. Financial acumen and ability to analyse financial data to improve profitability Budgeting and Forecasts Supply Chain - Procurement, Transport and other Logistics aspects.
