ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Experience in a business-enabling or operations role within automotive/industrial sectors

- Vendor and contract management basics
- Financial acumen (cost-benefit analysis, budgeting)
- Experience with transformation programs or digital workplace initiatives
- Change impact assessment and training design
- Stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and analyze business pain points and opportunities for efficiency and value realization
- Design and implement process improvements and enabling solutions that support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with functional leaders to define requirements, success criteria, and measurable outcomes
- Manage cross-functional projects from ideation through delivery, including scope control, timelines, and risk management
- Build and maintain a business case library, benefit realization plans, and ongoing reporting to senior
- stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, requirements elicitation, and solution design sessions
- Develop training materials and execution plans to drive adoption of new processes or tools
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators; adjust approaches based on data insights
- Ensure alignment with compliance, security, and governance policies
- Act as a bridge between business needs and IT/Operations capabilities, translating requirements into actionable backlog items
- Mentor and guide junior team members; share knowledge and best practices
- Support change management activities, including communication planning and stakeholder engagement
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business enablement, operations, or process optimization
- Proven track record delivering process improvements and enabling change in a complex environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at multiple levels
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and present clear recommendations
- Experience with project management methodologies and delivering projects on time
- Familiarity with governance and compliance standards applicable
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and escalate when needed
