Job Description: Egoli African Destinations is seeking a Senior Tour Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. If you are looking for the next step in your career, then we are looking forward to meeting you.

As a Senior Tour Consultant, you will be involved in both FIT and group travel. You will play a pivotal role in our operations, creating itineraries and making and confirming bookings with our suppliers throughout Southern Africa. Your responsibilities will include communication via email, online platforms, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Create itineraries.
• Make and confirm bookings with suppliers across Southern Africa.
• Utilize digital tools extensively; prior experience with Tourplan is a plus.
• Collaborate with our team to provide the best experience for our travelers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and memorable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the tourism industry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Passion for travel and a genuine interest in Southern Africa.
