Employer Description Our Client is the Food Processing industry. Job Description Our client who is the food processing business has an opportunity for an energetic individual to join their team in the capacity of a Supervisor -Fresh Production. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following: Production Responsible for mince, skinpack, fresh cut and value add production process Develop, review and implement efficient and effective procedures and processes to optimize production Stock control management (stock rotation). Ensure product meets all customer requirements especially but not limited to product appearance, packing and labelling. People Supervision Supervise and control subordinate's activities to ensure daily production targets are met Supervise time and attendance of all subordinates SHEQ Always ensure acceptable personal hygiene of all staff Always manage correct use of PPE Qualifications Matric Diploma in Food Technology or related field Skills 5 years' experience in the meat industry Process Management System Orientated Benefits Death and Disability
