Job Title: Telecommunication Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecommunication Trainer to join our team and facilitate training sessions for employees in the telecommunication industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in telecommunication systems and technologies, as well as exceptional communication and teaching skills. The Telecommunication Trainer will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering engaging and effective training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees in various aspects of telecommunication systems, technologies, and best practices.
• Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support the training programs.
• Conduct training sessions in person or virtually, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and techniques to ensure maximum engagement and understanding.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training priorities and goals, and tailor training programs accordingly.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the telecommunication industry to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
• Provide support and guidance to employees during and after the training sessions to reinforce learning and application of new skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, with a focus on system design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proven experience in training program development and delivery, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems and technologies, including networking, wireless communication, and voice/data services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proficiency in using multimedia and e-learning tools to enhance training materials.
• Certification in training, teaching, or related field is a plus.
