This is not a traditional job application.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate your ability to build educational partnerships, influence academic outcomes, and contribute to a growing research-driven education organisation.

Academic Director Candidate Brief

During a 30-day challenge period, candidates will be expected to:

- Develop an Academic Growth Strategy.

- Engage schools and educational stakeholders.

- Present TGN Education programmes.

- Secure school and group bookings.

Qualification Requirement

Three (3) confirmed bookings

- 30–80 learners per booking

- Signed agreements received

- Deposits paid

will progress to a 3-Month Academic Director Candidate Trial.

Trial Benefits

- Monthly Retainer: R5,000 – R8,000

- 10% Commission on bookings secured directly by the candidate

- Opportunity to maintain current employment while consulting part-time

- Pathway to appointment as Academic Director (Consulting)

School Acquisition Commission

5% of net revenue generated by those schools for six (6) consecutive months, even if they are not selected to continue into the trial phase.
