Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the end-to-end management of various property transfers, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
- Confidently handle normal estate agent transfers, providing seamless service to clients and agents.
- Assisted sale transfers, specifically with ABSA HelpUSell and Standard Bank EasySell, demonstrating proficiency in their unique processes.
- Overseeing of Sheriff transfers, ensuring compliance and efficient execution.
- Insolvent estate transfers, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal frameworks.
- Deceased estate transfers
- Accurately prepare and manage all financial aspects of transfer transactions, including calculations and reconciliations.
- Maintain exceptional communication with all stakeholders, keeping complex transactions running smoothly and on schedule.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Transfer Secretary or Paralegal with a strong focus on conveyancing.
- Demonstrable experience in handling normal estate agent transfers.
- Specific experience with assisted sale transfers, including ABSA HelpUSell and Standard Bank EasySell.
- Experience with Sheriff transfers.
- Experience with insolvent estate transfers.
- Experience with deceased estate transfers.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a highly detail-orientated approach.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in managing the financial aspects of conveyancing transactions.
