This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing, building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will manage and support clients throughout the Pietermaritzburg and Midlands region.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant industry experience within Office Automation, IT, Telecommunications, Print Solutions, Managed Services, or related sectors

Previous sales and customer relationship management experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle

Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
