Desktop Technician to join our team in Midrand.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Relevant IT qualification (Microsoft/Information Technology) Valid Driver's Licence Minimum 1 years' IT support experience advantageous Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, desktop support, troubleshooting, networking, and IT security Key Responsibilities: Provide desktop and user support across the business Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues Assist with server, Active Directory, and network administration Support time and attendance systems Maintain IT documentation and provide user training If you are a problem-solver with excellent technical and communication skills, we'd like to hear from you.
