Puno Harvest Builders is a construction company specializing in civil construction. We are looking for an experienced Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate must be available immediately
POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Calculate quantities from engineers drawings.
- Measure work in progress on site.
- Assist Senior QS with measuring of completed works for interim monthly valuations.
- Utilize general knowledge of the GCC Contracts.
- Apply computer literacy in EXCEL.
- Work closely with Site Managers to ensure ongoing budget control
- Maintain accurate project cost reporting and documentation Requirements
- Diploma : Building or Quantity Surveying Minimum of 3 Years Experience
- Exposure on Civil work construction
- General Knowledge of the GCC Contracts with SANS 1200
- Computer Literate in CANDY will be advantageous
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
