Your Day-to-Day

• Omnichannel Support | Confidently manage intricate customer conversations through phone, email, and chat systems—focusing on international logistics, delivery tracking, and online payment methods.
• Rapid Resolution | Dissect user problems on the fly, aiming to solve issues completely during the first interaction to keep loyalty metrics high.
• Platform Mastery | Keep your finger on the pulse of modern retail developments and software updates to offer smart, accurate advice.
• Information Management | Log user data thoughtfully and precisely into internal databases to help refine the broader customer journey maps.
• Brand Integrity | Serve as the warm, supportive face of a world-renowned organization, bringing kindness and professionalism to every touchpoint.

Who You Are

• Bilingual Skills | Exceptional written and spoken command of German and English (minimum B2 certification).
• Education | Possession of a Matric certificate, High School diploma, or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Tech Adaptability | Comfortably navigate multiple desktop applications, communication tools, and data dashboards simultaneously.
• People Skills | High empathy, strong listening capabilities, and the poise required to handle a fast-moving customer service environment.
• Prior Experience | Backgrounds in upscale hospitality, store management, or corporate sales are excellent bonuses, but a positive, self-starting attitude is what truly counts.
