SUMMARY

A well-established short term insurer is seeking to appoint a Head of Transformation

The Head of Transformation is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, directing and integrating the organisation’s transformation and social investment agenda.

POSITION INFO

Qualifications: Bcom degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Human Resources or a related field at NQF Level 7. Postgraduate NQF Level 8 qualification in Social Sciences, Administration, or related field. Masters NQF Level 9 will be advantageous. B-BBEE/Transformation-related certification/qualification is preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years at senior management level experience in / sustainability / ESG, Strategy development and execution At least five (5) years working experience in B-BBEE consulting is preferred. Preferred to come from short-term insurance Proven experience in managing large budgets and working with NGOs/NPOs and external partners as well as Executive-level stakeholder engagement.
