SUMMARY

My client is entering a critical growth phase and requires a seasoned CFO to partner at board level while remaining close to the operational detail. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with the directors to drive strategic and commercial outcomes. You will have gained over 10 years of CFO exposure.

This is not a traditional corporate mandate. We are seeking a commercially minded builder—someone with a track record in scale-ups, M&A, and managing complexity across multiple entities. You will bring strong credibility, sharp commercial judgement, and the ability to convert financial insight into decisive action.

A key focus will be engagement with banking partners, particularly around funding structures, mergers, and acquisitions. Your ability to navigate these relationships and support deal execution will be critical in enabling the next phase of growth.

Equally, you will introduce greater structure and discipline—streamlining processes, strengthening reporting, and building scalable finance frameworks without slowing momentum.

This is a two-year contract, with potential to extend based on business needs.
