A well-established entrepreneurial property development and investment company is seeking a highly motivated, practical, and results-driven Property & Asset Manager to oversee and grow its residential, student accommodation, short-term rental, and commercial property portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all properties within the company's portfolio are professionally managed, well maintained, financially efficient, and always presented to the highest standard. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing rental income, protecting asset value, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where accountability, hard work, and excellence are expected. Key Responsibilities Property Portfolio Management Short-Term Rental Management Tenant & Guest Relations Commercial Property Management Financial & Administrative Management Marketing & Brand Management Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in property management, asset management, hospitality management, real estate, or related field Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities simultaneously Financially aware with the ability to monitor budgets and operating costs Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties Proficiency in Afrikaans and English both written and verbally
