An established technology solutions business is looking for an Internal Sales professional to support its Unified Communications division. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge communication technologies while providing critical support to the sales team, suppliers, and customers. You will play an important role in managing quotes, tracking orders, handling administration, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process. Working closely with the UC Sales Director and broader sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing sales documentation, supporting customer queries, and assisting with reporting and order fulfilment. What You'll Do Support internal sales activities within the Unified Communications division Prepare quotations, submissions, and supporting documentation Track customer orders from placement through to delivery Assist with customer and supplier queries Maintain accurate records and filing systems Compile weekly pipeline and sales reports Support the sales team during peak workload periods Assist in resolving supply chain and delivery-related issues Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders Ensure daily updates and maintenance of sales-related files and records Provide general administrative support to the sales department What You Bring Matric qualification Experience in internal sales, sales administration, or customer support Understanding of Unified Communications technologies Knowledge of Video Conferencing, Audio Visual solutions, Networking, and VOIP technologies Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong planning, organisation, and time management abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Exceptional attention to detail Driver's licence and own transport are advantageous What Success Looks Like Accurate and timely processing of sales documentation Effective coordination between suppliers, sales teams, and customers High levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness Consistent reporting and pipeline visibility Smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution Strong support contribution to overall sales team performance
