SUMMARY

Our client, an Artisan Academy based in Fisantekraal, Durbanville, Cape Town, requires a high-performance target driven Sales Consultant for Student Enrolment to generate, pursue, and convert leads into enrolled learners. They will be responsible for owning the full sales pipeline from first contact to paid registration. This is an opportunity to sell programmes that genuinely improve lives, careers, and futures.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Enrolments Contact all new leads immediately upon receipt Qualify prospective learners and decision-makers Understand learner needs, goals, affordability, and urgency Professionally present courses, qualifications, pricing, and career outcomes Overcome objections confidently and ethically Drive every lead toward application, payment agreement, and registration Close enrolments consistently against monthly targets Re-engage dormant and older leads for recovery opportunities Pipeline Ownership Own every lead until won, lost, or deferred with reason recorded Maintain accurate CRM / lead tracking daily Keep follow-up schedules current with zero neglect Ensure no enquiry goes unanswered Manage pipeline stages with discipline and urgency Forecast likely registrations weekly Sales Activity Execution High outbound call activity daily WhatsApp, email, and follow-up engagement daily Book consultations, campus visits, and enrolment meetings Attend open days, expos, school visits, and sales events where required Generate self-sourced referrals and opportunities Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years proven sales experience (education, finance, retail, recruitment, property, or similar high-conversion environment advantageous) Strong track record of hitting targets Computer literate (CRM, Excel, email, WhatsApp, reporting tools) Valid driver's licence advantageous Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Professional communication skills Matric required, tertiary qualification advantageous A genuine belief in changing lives through education and skills development.
