WORKSHOP MANAGER R20000 - R25000 / NORTH Our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to manage their branch and to bring in new business. Must be presentable, with good references, and a stable work history. They need to understand the mechanics of a workshop that deals with various car makes. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication, identify opportunities for business growth and customer retention, work closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Managing quotations, service follow-ups, and workshop performance and productivity. Computer literate on MS Office, social media platforms, and Pastel will be a bonus.
