SUMMARY

A fast-scaling, internationally connected business is looking for a skilled Marketing Campaign Lead to drive customer engagement across a diverse digital ecosystem. This organisation reaches millions of users globally and is focused on delivering meaningful, data-informed experiences across every stage of the customer lifecycle.

This isn’t a coordination role, you’ll be at the centre of execution, taking ownership of how campaigns are planned, delivered, and improved across multiple touchpoints.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across email, SMS, mobile, in-app, and web Own campaign delivery end-to-end, from briefing to analysis Build lifecycle-based campaigns that drive engagement and conversion Use data to inform targeting, messaging, and timing decisions Lead A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on delivery and strategy 2-5 years' SEO experience (agency preferred) Proven success improving rankings and traffic Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO Experience with GSC, GA4, and reporting tools Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills Core Competencies Proven experience in multi-channel campaign management Strong understanding of digital communication and customer journeys Experience with marketing automation / CRM tools Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
