POSITION INFO

We are engaging with experienced Quality Assurance Managers in Sandton, Gauteng for a leading organisation within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent service quality while improving operational efficiency, strengthening governance, and leading teams within a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end quality assurance and service recovery functions to ensure consistent service excellence Drive process optimisation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Lead stakeholder engagement and client service excellence initiatives to enhance customer experience Analyse operational and financial performance data to support decision-making and reporting Candidate Profile: Matric (Grade 12) essential Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (advantageous) Certified Quality Manager (CQM), CMQ/OE, CQA, or equivalent QA certification preferred 5-6 years' experience in quality assurance, operations, or client service environments 3-4 years' managerial or leadership experience Strong understanding of QA frameworks, compliance, and process improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma advantageous) Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Solid financial acumen including budgeting and cost control understanding Apply Now!
