SUMMARY

4 year degree BSc / IT/ Engineering. MBA/ MSc is preferred. At least 10 years’ experience in banking industry or finance sector plus at least 4 years FinTech/ mobile financial services experience. At least 5 years in a senior management role with at 3 in FinTech.

POSITION INFO

Experience in software engineering, business critical applications design, and development. Must have a background managing FinTech platforms. Experience in managing, leading and implementing innovative products and initiatives. Exposure to digital technologies in the space of API's, ecommerce, and analytics. Specialised know-how in FinTech operations management space and understanding of platform business model. Responsible for the development and implementation of the architecture for the delivery of Fintech services. Also responsible for the management and maintenance of Fintech platforms and delivery of business-critical applications with a focus on architecture and delivery. Lead and oversee DevOps and Software Engineering. Accountable for design, development, delivery, and maintenance of business-critical applications. Gaunteng based.
