Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (English Speaking) to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
- Meet performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
