Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (English Speaking) to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
