POSITION INFO

Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join their team, specialising in both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. The ideal candidate will be confident in client engagement, policy servicing, new business development, and delivering high?quality short?term insurance solutions. Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of Personal & Commercial Lines clients Provide expert advice, quotations, renewals, and policy servicing Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with underwriting practices Build strong client relationships and maintain high retention levels Drive new business and identify cross?selling opportunities Ensure adherence to FAIS, TCF, and industry regulations Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) RE5 FAIS credits / Full Qualification Proven experience as an Insurance Broker (PL & CL) Strong product knowledge across short?term insurance Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to work independently and meet performance targets What’s on Offer: Competitive remuneration structure Established strong administrative support Opportunity to grow within a reputable brokerage
