SUMMARY

To support the logistics team by coordinating deliveries, managing inventory and documentation, communicating with clients, and ensuring contracts and invoices are processed accurately and on time. Must have experience with Feed Additives.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field 3 - 5 years' experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative support Proficient in Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must have experience with Feed Additives Exposure to commodity trading, shipping, or export documentation is advantageous Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients, traders, warehouses, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery execution and communication Manage inventory, dispatch instructions, stock releases, and warehouse reconciliations Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and support accounts receivable/payable processes Monitor payments, resolve customer queries, and assist with compliance, reporting, and month-end activities Maintain accurate records and process storage, handling, and intercompany charges PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
