SUMMARY

A leading Education Group is seeking a strategic and customer-focused

Client Experience Manager to drive parent and student satisfaction, retention, and customer experience across multiple campuses.

This role will focus on improving the end-to-end customer journey, analysing customer feedback and retention trends, influencing operational improvements, and partnering with campus leadership teams to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience for students and parents.

POSITION INFO

Skills: Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, Psychology, or related field. 5+ years' experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Retention, Operations, Education, or Service Management. Proven experience driving customer retention and satisfaction initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience analysing customer data and translating insights into action. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites. Job Description: Develop and implement customer experience and retention strategies. Analyse customer feedback, NPS, satisfaction surveys, and retention data. Identify at-risk customers and drive proactive retention initiatives. Partner with campus leadership teams to improve customer experience outcomes. Identify service gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and report on key customer experience and retention metrics. Drive a customer-centric culture across multiple sites. Act as an escalation point for complex customer experience matters.
