Requirements : Matric qualification is required. A minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in sales is required. Banking services experience is advantageous. Proven experience in outbound sales applications is essential. Understanding of compliance and KYC principles is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills. Responsibilities : Meet the set standards of sales productivity and quality to achieve set KPIs and financial targets. Ability to multi-task, managing new, in-progress, and decisioned applications in a structured and focused manner. Contacting and following up with customers to request additional documentation and information required for application completion and sales conversions. Demonstrate a good understanding of company rules and policies. Proactively engage with customers and provide timely feedback on submitted applications. Accurately communicate both positive and negative application decisions with a strong focus on customer service. Contribute positively to a collaborative team and working environment. Ability to work within strict turnaround times while ensuring a superior customer experience. Act as the primary point of contact for clients across all channels, handling calls and emails, resolving complaints, and processing applications efficiently and timeously.
