Product Owner (Agile Master)

We are looking for a highly experienced Product Owner (

Agile Master) to lead delivery across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business and IT stakeholders. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive Agile execution, improve team performance, and successfully deliver on product vision and roadmap.

Essential Skills Extensive experience as an Agile Master / Scrum Master in complex environments Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Proven ability to lead, organize, and mentor multiple teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile toolchains Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Extensive experience as an Agile Master / Scrum Master in complex environments Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Proven ability to lead, organize, and mentor multiple teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile toolchains Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Role & Responsibilities Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Align internal business, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery Drive implementation of the product vision and roadmap Manage resources, skills, capacity, and dependencies across teams Ensure full transparency on progress, risks, and implementation status Define acceptance criteria and evaluate deliverables for release readiness Coach and mentor feature teams to improve Agile maturity and performance Oversee external consultants and ensure the quality of their deliverables Continuously identify and recommend process and team structure improvements Kindly respond to the below in your application; Do you have 5+ years of hands-on experience working as an Agile Master or Scrum Master in complex, multi-team environments? Have you led and facilitated all core Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) on a daily/regular basis? Do you have proven experience managing and aligning both business and technical stakeholders across multiple teams or domains? Have you worked extensively with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage delivery and track progress? Are you comfortable challenging stakeholder requirements and proposing alternative solutions to improve outcomes?
