Senior FP&A Data Guru Needed! A leading company with international footprints is looking for a sharp and curious Group FP &A Senior Analyst to be part of their team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, requiring strong systems expertise and a deep understanding of financial statements and FP&A processes. You will report to the Group Commercial Finance Manager as well as collaborate with finance systems teams, external vendors, and regional finance leaders to deliver a successful rollout and adoption of the new tool. POSITION INFO

Job Description: This position involves: Contributing to the design, configuration, and rollout of the FP&A tool, ensuring alignment with business requirements Overseeing data cleansing, migration, and reconciliation to ensure integrity and execute UAT Defining reporting hierarchies and structures for scalability Validating system integration and quality assurance in partnership with IT and vendors Contributing to the Design and configuring the structure of the three core financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) within the FP&A system, ensuring accurate linkage and interdependencies for integrated reporting and forecasting Enabling automation of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes Supporting Power BI integration and data model setup Delivering training and changing management programs for finance teams Optimizing month-end close and variance analysis workflows Skills & Experience: 8+ years in finance or FP&A, with proven experience implementing FP&A/ERP systems Strong understanding of financial statements and FP&A processes Familiarity with FP&A tools (Planful, Vena, Adaptive Insights, or similar) Exposure to multinational environments and complex reporting structures Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledgeable of Power BI or other BI tools (non-negotiable) Qualification: B.Com Accounting (or similar) CA (SA) For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
