Calling all Application Specialists (Oracle Analytics Server, Oracle Essbase, and Oracle WebLogic Server environments)!

POSITION INFO

Our Client operates at global scale, supporting complex enterprise systems that power data, analytics, and business-critical applications across multiple regions. Their IT landscape is built around high availability, performance optimisation, and continuous innovation, where application platforms are central to how the business operates. You'll join a mature Enterprise IT function responsible for managing and evolving large-scale application ecosystems, including analytics platforms, middleware, and cloud-based services. This is not a pure support role, you'll be involved in designing solutions, automating processes, and improving system performance across the board. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Oracle Analytics Server, Essbase, and WebLogic environments Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues Design and implement application improvements, integrations, and optimisations Support testing, deployment, and release management activities Manage and resolve complex production issues end-to-end Implement automation and DevOps practices (CI/CD) to improve efficiency Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to enhance platform capability Perform capacity planning, trend analysis, and system optimisation Requirements: 7+ years' experience administering enterprise application platforms Strong experience with Oracle Analytics Server / OBIEE, Essbase, and WebLogic Proven experience working in enterprise-scale, multi-system environments Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data modelling, and enterprise application architecture Experience with cloud environments (Azure) and DevOps workflows Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and enterprise authentication systems Scripting and development capability ( JavaScript, XML, HTML, web services Experience integrating systems across multiple platforms and services Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability in complex environments Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
