The Feature Analyst plays a critical role in shaping, defining, and delivering client-facing features on the Client Management Services / Digital Client Platforms. Acting as the bridge between business, product, architecture, and technology delivery teams, the role focuses on translating client and operational needs into clearly defined features that can be delivered incrementally and at scale across markets.

The Feature Analyst ensures that platform capabilities align to client journeys, regulatory requirements, operational models, and strategic objectives, while supporting Agile delivery through high‑quality feature definition, prioritisation, and acceptance.

Experience Required

Feature definitions and feature briefs

Journey-to-feature mappings

Epic and feature backlog items (ready for delivery)

Acceptance criteria and feature test scenarios

Dependency and impact assessments

Feature contribution to release notes and enablement material

5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Feature Analyst / System Analyst in complex technology environments

Proven experience working on digital platforms or client-facing systems, preferably in banking or financial services

Strong experience in Agile / SAFe delivery environments

Demonstrate an ability to review initiatives from inception to completion, analyse lessons learnt and assess opportunities for improvement to create more impactful execution. Able to provide evidence of continuous improvement projects driven through data analysis and lessons learned.

Demonstrate an understanding of project and change management principles and methodologies and applying this across different types of projects to drive tangible business value.

Demonstrate experience coordinating and facilitating teams and groups of stakeholders to understand the pain points, investigate solutions and achieve common goals.

Demonstrate an ability gather, review and analyse information from relevant sources and identify insights to inform Problem solving or solutioning across part of the value chain. Demonstrate an ability to position recommendations with stakeholders through data visualisation and storytelling.

Demonstrate curiosity within area of expertise which inspires investigation into trends and new developments to inform thought leadership with stakeholders.
